I would agree with some reviews that the hotel does not really look as it does on pictures and is slightly run down/not super clean in areas however it was absolutely fine for our 1 night stay as it was very central and easy to get to and from. That being said, the best thing the hotel has going for it is its staff, they were all lovely, very welcoming and super helpful with any questions we had which did make our stay acceptable. We had a very warm welcome with prosecco and was shown to our room (which was quite a quirky room on the 7th floor all on our own with separate lift access directly into the room). We actually grew to like the room during our stay, mainly as it was really quiet. There was really good sound proofing from any outside noise which was surprising with how central it is, so we did sleep well. I would stay here again however I would recommend visitors set expectations in advance for what they may be expecting.

Great little hotel in the center of everything. The staff members were kind, patient, and very helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. You don't need much inside the hotel, since everything is just steps from the front door. We will definitely return.
