We like that the hotel is in a quiet area and close to the metro. Staff were great and helpful. Being there during summertime meant it’s hot and sweaty and it would have been better if the A/C in the room was cold enough to handle the heat.

AC was very poor on a hot day!!! And NIGHT!!! Room was dirty. Food under bed. Bathroom sink not cleaned!! I tried to get a refund but they refused!! We stayed at Hotel Metro for two nights in Room 206. Unfortunately, the room felt quite congested and dark, with only one window that was permanently locked from the outside, so there was no natural sunlight during the day. The room also had an old, musty smell, and the bathroom sink was clogged, causing water to drain very slowly. On the positive side, we really enjoyed the breakfast area on the terrace level—it was a lovely setting to start the day. The staff were also very nice and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. Overall, our stay was just okay; the hospitality was great, but the room conditions left a lot to be desired.

Property is in centric location, Restaurants, stores and supermarkets around and tranvía in front street . Continental breakfast included with personalized capuchinos served upon request !! Excelente hotel

El hotel es un edificio antiguo restaurado, es precioso, me encantaron las terminaciones y muy bien cuidado. Las camas y almohadas son de buena calidad, los baños impecables, buenísimo el desayuno tipo bufete, el comedor esta en una terraza con una linda vista. Mi única critica es la limpieza de la terraza de la habitación.
