Det kunne godt trange til en renovering, samt en ordentlig rengøring. Værelse var ikke særlig indbydende, og badeværelset var beskidt. Derudover var toilettet gået i stykker, så det løb konstant.

Hotellet var småt, og billederne snyder måske en lille smule. Til en storby ferie hvor man kun skal bruges sengen er det okay. Morgenmaden er meget simpelt men fint til at mætte maverne inden en dag ude. Super flinkt personale, smilende og venlige. Alt i alt en god oplevelse prisen taget i betragtning

A disappointing stay

With five days before our stay in Milan, our previous hotel canceled on us so we were asked to accept Hotel Lugano. We are two adults and a 14 month old baby, we traveled with a pram. The entrance to the hotel is not wheel accessible. We had a friendly receptionist on arrival and pleasant check in. The elevator was old, and small but it fit the pram and a suitcase. On entrance to the room, we were hit with the smell of bleach. So we spent the first minutes opening all the windows and blasting the fan in the bathroom. The bleach smell is strong in the stair well too. The room was small, although comfortable enough. The bathroom is a joke, it is in desperate need of renovating. It was literally uncomfortable to shower and sit on the toilet. Another issue was the window, there were two doors/ windows that open fully and the only barrier is a very weak glass panel. I pushed against it and the whole thing looked like it would come lose, so we had to deal with the smell of bleach to prevent the risk of our baby pushing through. The bed was comfortable. Although the hotel was not busy, we asked a second receptionist for an extra blanket, which was not delivered to us. He was quite dismissive. In the morning, the same man was rude and distracted during the check out process. The price we paid was not worth this place, we’d never recommend this to anyone. Unfortunately we were allocated this hotel due to the issue.

Péssimo hotel - NÃO INDICO

Hotel antigo e com péssimas instalações. Quarto e banheiro minúsculos. Ao deitar na cama, senti um cheiro estranho nos lençóis, como se não tivessem sido trocados. Estavam fedidos mesmo. Pela manhã, ainda estava dormindo, quando ouvi alguém metendo uma chave na fechadura e já estava abrindo a porta, quando tive que falar alto "Hello", só assim a pessoa parou. Provavalmente era para fazer a limpeza do quarto, mas isso demonstra falta de comunicação interna e também falta de senso por parte do funcionário, que deveria bater na porta antes de tentar abri-la. No dia seguinte, o fato se repetiu. Mas o pior de tudo foi na hora do checkout, que fiz na manhã do dia 12/10. Na recepção já estava outro funcionário, extremamente mal educado e mal humorado. Talvez ele agiu assim porque eu já estava saindo de lá mesmo, então não se sentiu na obrigação de me tratar bem. Me cobrou uma taxa de hospedagem absurda: 4 EUROS POR DIA E POR PESSOA!!! Como éramos dois hóspedes, tivemos que pagar 32 euros por uma ESPELUNCA FEDIDA. E o recepcionista ficou mais irritado quando tentei pagar no cartão de crédito, nervoso, exigiu o dinheiro, dizendo ainda que se eu quisesse pagar no cartão, deveria ter feito quando cheguei, e não naquele momento. Percebi pelo comportamento dele, percebi que os 32 euros seriam para ele. Paguei para evitar stress e sai de lá.

Испорченное настроение в Италии.

Номер маленький. Тесно очень. Кровать у стены!!!!. Тумбочка одна, стул один. Больше не влезает. Мало того, забыли положить полотенца, после уборки!!!!! Пришлось сходить просить, дали только большие и маленькие. Для ног не дали. Завтрак в 7-00, но просили подождать. Выбор не большой. Были второй раз. Больше ни ногой.

Мы останавливались в отеле на 3 ночи, за это время ни разу не убрались в номере(( Ремонт старый, в номере специфический затхлый запах.. Отель даже на 2 звезды не тянет. Увы. Не рекомендую.

Hotel antigo, mas OK

O hotel é antigo, possui instalações básicas para rápida passagem, mas tudo bem "old-fashioned". A limpeza não é lá grande coisa. Havia poeira e fios de cabelos sobre os móveis durante toda a nossa estada. O box do banheiro, de fato, é minúsculo. O staff é prestativo, o rapaz chamado "Bicho" é bastante profissional e o Erick é muito simpático. Café da manhã mediano, mas atende bem para quem quer se abastecer antes dos passeios. A localização é bem próxima do metrô. Não fica na região central, mas o fato de estar perto do metrô facilita. Do hotel até o centro leva-se, aproximadamente 15 minutos contando a caminhada. Como casal, pagamos 24 euros de taxa de turismo no "check in" por 3 noites para esse hotel (categoria 3 estrelas). É um valor a ser considerado na hora de programar a viagem. Aceita "earlier check in", outra coisa a considerar dependendo do horário de chegado do hotel.

After getting my case down the stairs to the lobby I was shown into the smallest lift ever to get to my room. My room was tiny and the walls are so thin I could hear the person walking around in the next door to me, I bearly has enough space to open my case. At breakfast which was a selection of croissant’s and breads and yoghurts I asked for tea ‘hot’ water which I had heard them prepared by running the tap and then microwaving the water, it was cold again within a couple of minutes. The staff are really nice and helpful however the rest of my stay at this hotel wasn’t great.

Jeg har behov for ro. Værelset ligger ud til en atrium, hvor der er roligt. Det er ikke tilstrækkeligt når væggene til naboværelserne ikke er støjisolerede.Det er ikke i orden, personalet ved receptionen udmærker sig ved, på bedste facon, at tilkendegive man ikke forstår noget som helst.Hvordan kan I som bureau, tillade Jer at anmelde stedet som 3. stjernet. Stedet lever ikke op til de forventninger i giver udtryk for - for mig.
