The staff is wonderful, and the breakfast coffee tastes good. But the area around the hotel is not convenient to carry the luggage. There are only stairs for us to access the transportation : (

Close to a laundry mat and an excellent little pizza shop with excellent food. The smell of the room was easy to remove by opening up the window. Dated bedding but comfortable.

Very far from city center, but a convenient bus service and metro. But you have to purchase a bus/metro ticket beforehand - no cash on the bus accepted.

Friendly staff helped with directions to get downtown. 1 hour from hotel to the duomo on bus and metro for 2 Euros one way. Great breakfast. Corsica is a nice area to eat or for a walk.

Clean fantastic hotel overall
Fantastic clean hotel with great breakfast service. Towels get change everyday and cannot complain. Drinking bottled water in the fridge all the time. Great service overall.

True hidden gem near Milan
True hidden gem near Milan. My room was already ready when check in an hour earlier. Perfect conditions of hotel room and super tidy bathroom and English channels on TV and a barista made my morning coffee at breakfast time. Only thing downturn is you need another train ticket as its located at suburb area and train Service occasional cancelled.

Nice hotel, lovely location
The staff at Kristall hotel are very accomodating and nice. If you want a quite break, this is a nice spot to get away. The Hotel is situated quite a distance from the city center but is easy to get to. I found the overground station corsico, the closest and most convenient route to take into Milan center. I enjoyed my stay.

Further away from the city than I thought.
I booked the hotel as it was an economical choice albeit on the opposite side of the city from the airport. We eventually hired a car but I am sure that the public transport would have done the job and more cheaply with the nearest bus stop close-by. The bonus was that there is a nice little cafe just across the canal and about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Nice people and a treat to look forward to at the end of the day. The hotel was fine and quite probably was good value compared to the more expensive options nearer to the city.

We arrived late at night and the staff was extremely accommodating by staying up late and providing tea after a long day. Rooms are basic but clean.
