The staffs were very friendly and kind. I was very satisfied with the stay here. But there was a lot of frustration in Milan, where public transportation strikes were frequent. (two day s by Treilatia, one day by metro during my stay in one week)

Hotel is very conveniently located in the center of Milano. Room and facilities are decent, clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast. Staff is ok, altough late checking out (even just one hour and paying) seems to be an unsolvable problem. Fares are extremely overpriced, but that is a common issue in Milano.

Guy at front desk wasn’t very helpful or even try to be nice. Very curt and irritated we didn’t speak Italian and he didn’t speak English. When I asked for a late check out he said no. But the young lady heard me and came over and said 12 pm was okay. She was nice , he was a grouch. I don’t think he liked Americans. Rude

Very Clean Hotel and a Fair Value. Single room is small but met my needs. Location: Very Short walk to Loreto Subway station that takes you to Duomo(tourist area). Grocery store (PAM) near by and McDonald's if you are really desperate for food before midnight. Bathroom: Shower is small but rest of bathroom is fine. Breakfast: Simple but good. Nice pastries, yogurt and hard boiled eggs but no scrambled etc. served. Staff: They were nice but ask that you leave the key with them when you leave. Decor is dated but if you are looking for a simple clean place to stay on a budget this is a good option.
