It took 2hrs to check in with only 2 very slow employees on the desk. I specifically asked if there would be a working mini bar, is I had prepared food I needed to keep cool. I was told all rooms have a mini bar however we had to call room service for someone to replace the mini bar as it wasn’t cold it was warm.

For start the reception staff was rude and poorly organised. The breakfast was €18 per person per night so 2 of us saying for 3 nights €108 was dam expensive. The air conditioning in room was not cold and windows did not open and bed was hard but had soft pillow which ment we had to sleep ontop of duvet for comfort and so was not too hot. All in all would not stay here again.

Noisy inside, motorway, railway 35-42 dB, with air-condition 60 dB constantly. Windows are foiled, so just brightness is recognized. Large room, comfortable bed, renewed facility and quite clean.

Hotel is old. Blocked toilet, though called a linate hotel, there’s no shuttle to the airport. Taxi costed about €20. Front desk is friendly but short-staffed, especially with multiple groups of school children checking in/out with 2-3 staff present. Not close to anything. Walked around the neighborhood but came back in due to feeling deserted.

The 5 minute walk to the train was teally a 20 minute walk. Not much around there. Nice bed. Friendly reception staff.

Very relaxing, staff friendly and very accommodating. Restaurant/bar manger (English man) was very nice and helpful, he kindly provided us with a bucket of Ice & champagne flutes to our room to celebrate NYE at midnight. Rooms very clean & modern, best pillows i have had in a hotel so good sleeps during our 4 night visit. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Wish i had known about the courteous bus as the Metro line was only a 10/15 min walk but the night we arrived it was dark and instead of finding the route we got a taxi which robbed us of €10 for a 2 min drive.

I did not like anything in particular, everything was just okay. I did not like some of the staff..a few were more hospitable than others. Although I would not return to this hotel, I would not dissuade any of my acquaintances from staying there.
