Great host, comfortable stay, & close to Malpensa!

We stayed here for an overnight to be close to Malpensa for our flight. The host was excellent! Very friendly and courteous, offering to carry my girlfriend's bags to our room upon check-in. Comfortable stay and the service was excellent, will be back again.

The manager is a gentleman.We got off to a difficult star because I was late arriving and did not realise that checkin was after 2pm but also before 4 pm.However, I stayed an extra day and the manager was very helpful and kind. If you treat them with respect, they will return the respect.

You are better off sleeping in the streets with the dogs. The worst management you will ever encounter and the property is absolutely disgusting. No person should even sleep there.

We arrived at 7:04, only to be told that the facility would not accept guests or honour bookings after 7:00pm. We were able to make the owner see sense; after all, his B&B is in a small village difficult to get to, and it was ridiculous to make an issue over four minutes. The room was acceptable and the plumbing in the en suite worked. There was no restaurant open in the entire town. We found a bar close to the railway station for a basic meal. Breakfast consisted of a cake roll in our room and a coffee machine, also in our room - not what I would consider appropriate for a B&B. We needed a basic place for a night within fifteen minutes of Malpensa airport and this place met our needs.

Would not use this unit again

The unit is 12 km's away from the airport- no public transport nearby. The microwave and fridge outside the unit is not clean at all. Looks like it has never been cleaned. Shower is dirty. During the night the heating was turned off and the unit became very cold. Water in shower is also only luke warm.

Besitzer ist Super Freundlich, sehr Hilfsbereit und gibt einem gute Tips wie man am besten von A nach B kommt👍 Die Unterkunft ist sehr einfach von der Haltestelle Castano Primo zu erreichen! Alors que nous avons prévenu que nous arriverions vers 20h, soit après la fermeture du check in, le patron a refusé de nous ouvrir. Après de nombreux palabres, il nous a fait ouvrir moyennant 20 euros supplémentaires. En cash évidemment. C'est sans doute pour permettre une telle arnaque que le check in n'est ouvert que pendant 1h30 par jour !

Il proprietario della stanza è molto villano, risponde in tono arrogante e seccato! State alla larga da questa struttura!

Struttura mal gestita, personale poco presente e scortese. Abbiamo pernottato 1 notte; nella fascia oraria per il chech in abbiamo dovuto attendere 45 minuti che arrivasse qualcuno a consegnarci le chiavi della camera. Abbiamo contattato telefonicamente il gestore il quale ci ha detto che nulla poteva fare e che se volevamo potevamo anche andarcene (tanto a lui non servivano i nostri soldi). La camera non era ben pulita. Siamo stati disturbati durante la sera dal chiacchierio di altri ospiti, riiscendo a dormire soltanto dopo che questi avevano cessato di chiacchierare. Non ci e' stato indicato un orario per la colazione, che doveva essere inclusa, ma che invece non abbiamo ricevuto.

Per il prezzo irrisorio non mi aspettavo sicuramente di trovare il Grand Hotel, ma ho constatato una scarsa attenzione per il cliente e una grande maleducazione. Ho chiesto cortesemente di poter effettuare il check-in 1 ora e 30 dopo la chiusura per problemi di viaggio… non solo mi è stato negato in modo decisamente scortese, ma a 10 minuti dall’ora stabilita mi è stato intimato di non presentarmi nemmeno se fossi stata lontana, nonostante la camera fosse già stata pagata. Sono consapevole che magari non fosse possibile posticipare il check-in, ma avrei apprezzato mi fosse stato spiegato con modi più gentili.
