The location is great and the hotel is brand new. They were still working out some kinks, my towels were brand new and had never been washed before. One elevator wasn’t working but I think these things will work themselves out as they get more established. Close to the Duomo and all shopping.

The hotel is in great location, 5 minute from main attractions. There are great restaurants and shops as soon as you step out of property. Because property is so centralized the noise from the busy street can be a little distracting. Personally I don’t have a problem with this but I can understand how it might be distracting to others. Overall amazing experience!

I love the location of the place. It's a new hotel so all the amenities were in great condition. The staff was friendly and always accommodating. I felt safe there and it was walking distance from the Duomo cathedral. The breakfast was so delicious and had a variety of things to appeal to every appetite. The water and soda was reasonably priced in the lobby. My only complaint is that my room's AC vent was directly above my bed, so it was hitting me directly. Unfortunately, that couldn't be changed, but the staff and maintenance crew tried desperately to make me feel better by adjusting my temperature to a comfortable setting. They also gave me appropriate linens when I decided to sleep with the setting I preferred. The housekeeping staff also were great. Overall, they really were accommodating and helpful. I would stay there again. For the price, it has an amazing value.

The AC temperature was set to a neutral not cold enough temperature & it was piping hot outside. We had no way to adjust it so we sweat all night. The other downside of the room was that it was super small & no counter space in bathroom. Other than that it was clean, central and convenient.

However, I was charged the full amount of the booking, despite the booking terms clearly stating that the applicable cancellation penalty was only €120. Charging the full booking amount despite my early check-out and the agreed booking conditions is unacceptable and constitutes a clear violation of the terms of the agreement. I hold both Expedia and the hotel fully responsible for this unauthorized charge. I have already started taking legal and regulatory action to protect my rights, including filing a complaint with the relevant authorities in Saudi Arabia and consumer protection authorities. I demand that the amount owed to me be refunded immediately. Otherwise, I will continue with all available legal procedures to recover my money and seek compensation for any damages resulting from this action.

Stay away!! This hotel is VERY dumpy and bare bones. Cleanliness is questionable, it reminds me of a hostel. Location is great but not worth it, spend a bit more and get a better hotel. The WORST part is the noise, the walls are paper thin and the hotel is on a train track, trains pass every 2-5 mins and it sounds like a plane landing. Kept me up all night every night. Truly this place should be out of business.

Hôtel qui a ouvert la semaine de notre séjour, localisation idéale dans le centre historique . Tout se fait à pied et une station de métro est à côté de l’hôtel. Décoration sobre et soignée . Bonne literie. Petit-dej correct . Attention au bruit des vieux tramways qui passent devant l’hôtel jusque tard dans la soirée, même dans les étages les plus élevés. Au vu du rapport-qualité, nous y reviendrons probablement.
