Very conveniently located, close to the Duomo, the castle, multiple transportation options, from the metro and the cable carts. Staff were very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. We left our luggage in the storage room as we got there super early so we could enjoy the city and site seeing.

My husband and I stayed for 6 days.Just as what we needed,neat room,quiet area and lots of restaurants nearby,Duomo is about 700 meters walk.We just walked to our meeting point for our tours.Highly recommended.

It was a construction back of the hotel were sour window was so at 7am in the morning too noisy . If there’s a construction near or next to the hotel they should advice

The room and the tile floor was cold because the heater was malfunctioning . Lost sleep because people passing by are yelling and fighting which you can hear from the room.

The hotel location is perfect, about staff, there is a very helpful guy from Egypt, he was so nice! Regarding the room, there’s no complimentary water and the room lighting is very strong yellow color lights, which were uncomfortable for eyes.

It’s small but clean and nice room. Great location for walking to the Duomo, The Emanuelle Ii, Via Dante and the Castello. Great restaurants and shopping all around.

We were extremely pleased with our stay! David at the front desk was SO helpful and answered all our questions about the area and sights to see. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! Prime location! Close to everything! Would stay here again for sure!!

Everything was great and the breakfast option was amazing. Only 12 euros for breakfast and you can eat what you want, great options. The only thing was there was a maggot in the room near the bed upon checkin. The staff was nice at checkin and checkout.

We like the location fur to close proximity to Piazza del Duomo, Galleria Vittorio and restaurants. The room is tiny, we had luggage, made it difficult to moving around. The toilet Tim wasn't as clean. The bed was comfortable thought!

Nice place little funky. The air conditioner woke us up at 2 am. They told me we will give you free breakfast. Kind of a cheesy concession. Overall ok. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price was almost $300 one night. Very expensive for what it is.
