It was not in a walkable location or near any of the main attractions. The front staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant and food was horrible, someone even had glass in their dessert and the restaurant staff just said oh we won’t charge for the dessert! Back home you don’t pay for the meal at all if you find GLASS in your food. The rooms were clean and the ac was great. Could use better pillows but clean room and hotel.

The property looks brand new , nice rooms , comfy beds , big window and nice bathroom plenty of light and good shower. If you’re visiting Milano the city is a little bit far away, you have to walk ten minutes to the metro station Bisceglie and then change with the same tkt to another metro to get to the city and Duomo . There’s a bus stop just a few steps from the hotel that you can take to the Metro Bisceglie but we preferred to walk . Not recommended if you’re traveling during winter , there was raining all days and never stops even is so cold weather. Anyway the Hotel is new and comfortable but not close to Milano City. There’s a food market one block ahead and a MC Donald’s at 5’ walk and that’s it

Very nice and modern hotel. The room was perfect, with a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The heating system worked perfectly as well. Everything was clean and also having a tv with chrome cast was a plus. Only thing a bit unusual or not for anyone's taste was the hotel statues in the lobby which were very weired and scary. Overall perfect stay and would go back

Great, quiet place to stay and relax. However, they need to add tea-making facility or at least a kettle in the room. Getting hot water from Reception only is not ideal.

I assume it’s a new hotel. They have started well but there are some things missing. I believe that they can still improve. Like a portable iron, a small kettle etc!

The hotel is quite new and it is visible . Cleen enough. Situated in the middle of nowhere but if you are on a car it is OK ... nice parking is available . But I would like to ask their managers WHY in 4 stars hotel wwith the room price 200 euro per night there NO even bottle of water . And you can get slippers for 2 euro EXTRA . Really ?? Do not call yourself 4 stars if you can not provide even slippers ( that in reality costs you 50 cents )

The hotel is only 1 year old and was really stylish and modern. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was located close to the metro station (approx. 10-12 min walk). The mini fridge in the room didn't seem to work (didn't cool at all). Some of the staff didn't speak great English but the few times I talked to them we managed. The breakfast was mediocre - there were a decent amount of options, but it wasn't always very fresh. Overall pretty good value for the money.
