The staff was great and very helpful. The place was clean. But the sheets did not have a comforter so we had to try and find it in the room. Additionally the sheets were ripped in random places. We were also right out in the main piazza of the area and during the day it was nice but at night it was so bright and there were no black out curtains so we got light entering in during the whole night.

Milan quick break

Great hotel super convenient location, yes a little noisy as other reviews say but it’s a major city of course you’ll hear the road. Staff great, check in and out easy, they even kept our luggage all day so we could explore more. Would 100% stay again.

Positives- They send a text message with detailed instructions on how to access the hotel. The location is great. Cafe on the street level is charming. They stored our luggage prior to check in time. Negatives- Room smelled of sewer gas when we entered. I asked the attendant what as wrong with the room. She said it was the pipes. We had to run to the water for 20min and keep the window open to air it out. They obviously need to vent the pipes properly. My partner and I had to leave and come back. We asked the hotel attendant where the best vintage clothing stores were, she was pretty rude, and not very knowledgeable about the area.

Nice place to stay.

Very responsive via whatsapp. You can ask any questions. Our room is nice. Facing to an old church. But the other side of window shutter is out of order. Not a big deal. Overall? It is a nice place to stay. Centrally located and friendly staffs.

The hotel was in a central location therefore very easy to get around. The Cathedral was less than 10 minutes walk away. So many restaurants near by as well. Great shopping opportunities.
