"Very happy with hotel with great location and we have stayed here multiple times. We do have one piece of feedback around the taxi to the airport from the hotel. We asked reception to arrange a taxi to international airport the driver arrived stayed quiet and tried to take us to wrong airport and then charged us more to International airport. "We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Sultanhan Hotel. The staff is very welcoming and efficient. The breakfast buffet was wonderful! What are beautiful spread of fresh delicious food! The attendants at the breakfast buffet were very kind and attentive. And the view, from the rooftop where the breakfast was served, can’t be beat. Our room was very clean and made up nicely each day. The lady cleaning the rooms was very friendly and kind. We feel like we got to know her a bit because we were never out of the room when she wanted to come clean it! (We spent too much time at breakfast) The decor in the rooms and common areas was special and uniquely Turkish. We highly recommend Sultanhan Hotel - SC."

"For a family of three, the Deluxe Room with a king bed and a twin bed was spacious, clean and comfortable. However, the room is definitely not soundproof, and conversations from neighboring rooms and the hallway can be quite annoying. The breakfast is not continental, but the variety is acceptable. The gym is definitely a highlight. The staff, particularly at the reception desk, are not very professional, which made both check-in and check-out more of a headache than they should have been. One important issue: if you use a credit card for the deposit, they don’t simply place a hold and release it later. Instead, they charge the amount and then refund it, which can result in exchange-rate differences and an unnecessary loss of money. Overall, considering the price, I would say the hotel is worth the money you pay."

The room had an amazing view & I couldn’t help but take a million pictures of the city. Who needs Galata tower if your hotel has a roof top bar & a swimming pool with an amazing 360 view? Also the hotel is located in a great neighborhood full of amazing restaurants."

From the doormen to reception, the concierge, Guest Relations, and room service, everyone was warm, helpful, and welcoming. They made us feel at home. A special thank-you to Salma from Guest Relations. From day one, she was incredibly kind and attentive. She and her colleagues checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. Her care made such a difference. I’d also like to thank the gentleman who managed the team at the entrance. He was professional and friendly, and whenever we needed a taxi, he made sure we were well taken care of and felt safe. The concierge team was wonderful too, following up on our requests and helping us arrange reservations on time. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I can’t wait to come back!"

After long days of exploring the city, coming back to such a comfortable space was a treat. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a restful, high-quality night's sleep every single night. Between the prime location, pristine facilities, and world-class service, Mövenpick exceeded all my expectations. I cannot recommend it enough and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Istanbul!"

"Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, Very beautiful hotel, Had a few issues upon arrival but was sorted after speaking to the right people The room was so beautiful, carefully designed loved every second of my time in there, The staff are genuinely helpful and warm. The breakfast was okay, I think it’s more suited to the Turkish/ Middle Eastern taste pallet as opposed to the western if you’re after bacon sausages beans etc don’t expect it haha Didn’t get to use the spa but it looked absolutely beautiful due to skin issues I couldn’t but ’m sure it would have taken my experience up a notch! Very close to the metro so handy in that regard, there’s also a local mall 10 minutes walk that has a lot of shops and if you’re feeling for a Burger King McDonald’s or subway and a 13 minute walk from the tram which takes you to all the hotspots! Overall would I visit again? Potentially yes!"
