"We had a large group ranging in ages from 6 to early 50s stay for the Memorial Day weekend. We were up for a memorial service and a family reunion over the weekend in nearby Mifflintown. The Lazy 8 was the perfect place to host our group. While we were there, the kids kept themselves entertained by the farm animals in the morning or in the basement in the evenings while the adults enjoyed their morning coffee and evenings catching up on the sun porch taking in the beautiful property. "We stayed here for a family trip to visit our daughter at Penn State and see a football game. The farmhouse is historic and beautiful, clean and exactly as advertised. The host Binky was a pleasure and so communicative. Check in was easy and the home is perfectly appointed. The location is great, only 20 minutes to campus. We would highly recommend staying at this very special home."
