My biggest complaint is no refrigerator in the room. No microwave either but I can deal with that. If you don't have friges in the room at least have an ice machine on every floor."

"The photo used for the hotel is not updated. Advertised as a non-smoking property, to be welcomed by the day time manager standing in front of the entrance smoking. The bed cover and chair in the room had cigarette “burn holes” on them. The room was very dated and any attempt to fix, repair or update was poorly done. The TV in the room was small. The dogs on the floor in the other rooms were loud and could be heard barking down the hallway. Minimal options for breakfast. Wasn’t expecting too much when I booked, but better than what I received."
