"Very flexible! We had nowhere to board our dog and it was actually less expensive to have her come with us! I called the day prior to let them know, they thought they may have to switch us rooms but they kept us in the same room and gave her all the pampering in the world! We were very fortunate to have chosen such a beautiful and accommodating resort."

"We had a great time in a perfect location in Lake Placid, which we love. It is so fun and beautiful there. The apartment was small and a bit worn, but clean and you could not beat the view! (except for the deck lights hanging oddly on the deck, you should hang them so they are not in the way of that gorgeous sunrise!)"
