"It was a very comfortable spot to stay. Restaurant right next-door, which is convenient computer store next-door, which is even more convenient because they fix my iPad and the staff are friendly. I just find they don't answer the phone if you need some help and I kind of felt little bit abandoned, but other than that, the place was absolutely phenomenal."

"I came into the Silverstar on my motorcycle and the staff made sure i had a ground floor room so i can be parked with the bike. The park across the st for my morning walk and amenities nearby were really handy. Also very good TV (Rogers Ignite). Definitely good Value for the money and ill definitely come back.. "The location of the motel was perfect for spending the day at the beach. It was a simple 2 min walk to the water. The motel itself was very disappointing. It is very run down and in serious need of renovations. Our “suite” had two bedrooms with bunk beds in both. The beds were not comfortable. "It really was bad. I couldn’t stay there. The room smelled of smoke, the decor needed some serious updating, there was mould in the tub, slow Internet & garbage left outside. It was clearly a weekly rental for people down on their luck. I didn’t feel safe. The desk attendant was kind and understood my decision to leave."
