What do you mean we are in the wrong apartment?
We arrived to our communicated location and apartment # with the communicated access info. Walking in with 1 adult woman and 4 kids, the place was filthy. Sheets in a pile at the end of the bed, towels on the floor, full trash and dirty dishes in the sink. It’s 8pm at this point and we start to clean while we email the property to complain. We have nowhere else to go. We clean, and carry everything in from the car and everybody changes in pjs. My email then informs us that they gave us the wrong apartment number. PANIC!! Whose apartment are we in? Where are they? What if they walk in and start shooting cause we are in their apartment?! We get out as quickly as possible in pure panic and walk all over the place looking for the correct apartment. Keep in mind we already cleaned the other apartment for them! Nightmare scenario for a single woman traveling with 4 kids, including a toddler! This isn’t a mistake that it’s okay to make. Even after a strong complaint we just received an email back that they were “happy we enjoyed our stay.” We feel completely disregarded and hence the one star as this management took no responsibility for their mistake. 0 out of 10, do not recommend.

VERY disappointed in this property! It is not fully furnished AT ALL... barely any place to sit in main living area... one coffee cup, one fork, etc. etc. Has potential to be nice, but felt like they removed most of the items from the property. The towels at La Quinta are much nicer than the ones we were provided.

Walking in to the apartment we noticed that the A/C unit in the living room had a leak and had fluid allover the futon couch that was directly underneath, we moved the couch that was soaked in water away from the wall, the apartment had a small coffee table that was wobbling so we avoided using it, no dinner table available for my family to eat, the plug in light fixtures were wobbly and it looked like a living room lamp was unattached from the lightbulb socket. The bedrooms had small corner tables that were also wobbly. The washer machine we were unable to use due to it not working. The overall temperature of the apartment was hot and during these hot summer days that is unacceptable. We will not be staying here again. I did recieve a phone call, during work hours. I did not get a second phone call and that led to a supposed cleaning crew not being able to enter due to my dog being in the apartment. My dog was in a cage, and i had given permission for maintenance to go in apartment. In return i had a representative through message tell me they did not enter apartment due to dog being in apartment and security reasons.overall no one came out, there was a serious language barrier with person on the phone when i did call back. And to have to put my plans on hold to wait on crews that dont show up is ridiculous. Feeling like we were still outside while sitting in the living room is extremely unacceptable with children involved.
