"The staff was great! The room was clean and the AC was running perfectly. The bathroom was a bit small, but overall an excellent stay. The location was great for the concert we went to. Very close, but not in the city center. Great value for the price."
"I stayed at the Omni for 2 nights, as I was in town for a wedding nearby. The location was great and the light rail was one block away. The front desk staff were very nice and quick in getting me checked in. The room was big and the bed was comfy, however, the water pressure in the shower left things to be desired, as well as not enough lighting in the bathroom and rest of the room. No place to hang your towel in the bathroom or along the shower door. There were a range of other guests, from families with young children to those walking around the hotel intoxicated spilling food and drinks in the elevator. From my experiences and the price I paid, as it was definitely not the cheapest hotel in the area for the weekend, I would say the hotel is right in line with a solid 3-star hotel, not quite 4-stars."
"The staff at the main desk made our check in and out seamless. Very welcoming
We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and other meals in the restaurant. The servers were nice and attentive to our needs. Especially Brandon and Mikayla.
The only critism we have is that no fresh coffee is available after breakfast, how is that possible? I was shocked. Seems shortsighted for what is quite a good restaurant
As for the overall experience because we came to Charlotte to rest, the beds, the quietness, and the pool turned out to be just what we needed.
Thank you for a great stay"
"2 of the restaurants are closed on Monday and Tuesday, the Rooftop bar and the sports bar. Was disappointed to discover this during our stay. But the breakfast buffet is very good!"
"The room was great. The staff helped us out. The only thing I did not like was you had to use valet parking. I had to wait for 10-15 minutes for my car when checking out. It felt unnecessary to only park using valet parking."
