Excellent accommodation with a clean, spacious room and lovely outlook. Great, friendly and helpful staff and a very convenient location.

Barry, Anne, Emma, Sarah, Cuthbert and Alex along with others whose names we didn't get made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were more than friendly and we felt like part of the family. The room was spotless, the food lovely. The staff are well trained the serving food. The little things like gleaming cutlery, a fabulous tray with tea, coffee and still and sparkling mineral water, toiletries in the bathroom and a great shower make all the difference. Amazing value for money. Stylish rooms and exceptionally clean and well presented .

Fabulous place to stay and restaurant and pub is great also. Felt like authentic British pub! We were well pleased.

Classy, big room and great bathroom, good restaurant.

The experience didn't start great when we, finally, discovered that there had been a name change (yes, drove past several times!!) and there was no-one there to greet us on arrival. However, things changed dramatically from there ... the place was lovely!! The staff were excellent and were so polite and helpful. The meals were outstanding ... so delicious, well priced and generous in their portions. The rooms were fantastic ... spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended

Lovely stay, excellent dinners, great staff. The only reason didn’t give excellent rating is that the four poster bed Room was way too dark. The main light was positioned above the bed’s wooden canopy top ? so no light when sitting on bed at night using wifi or TV. The small light on side of wall was not enough. Lovely area, would recommend.

Great food excellent staff why must i add more I have said it all

The whole experience was amazing. Best value for money by far

Loved the character and charm of this place. The staff were all super nice and helpful, and really made the experience absolutely brilliant. The room we stayed in was super cool, very unique. Breakfast was excellent as well as lunch. The Sloe Gin “tipple” and the “whiskey” room added such flare. Loved it, and I’d recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. I will definitely stay here again when I get the chance.

Stayed for 2 nights as was visiting family in Coldwaltham. Delightful small pub just taken over by new crew. Warm welcome and brilliant staff. Clean & comfortable stay in a quaint local pub. Food was good as well.

The hotel was beautiful and our room was large. We got here early and our room was ready but they asked for a £20 fee to go in early … we couldn’t understand that . Apart from that all was good . Nice continental breakfast.

Excellent location, loved sitting in the pub garden. Food was delicious. Staff were very helpful.

We loved our stay at George and Dragon. Very clean and handy to the town centre, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay there again!

Very quaint! Food excellent! Very comfy bed! And very clean! The setting beautiful!
