"Hello… another stay at BW… it was a pleasant stay. Friendly checkin staff. Breakfast staff was not so pleasant she was not helpful and for starting the day the supplies weren’t fully stocked and when I asked her for a hard boiled egg she said they are full I took the empty container and she was well… Everyone else is kind and caring, guess if you work the morning you need to be awake and pleasant.. where was get customer service? Parking lot is always well lite and plenty of parking. I will be back again"

"Visited in October to the Carriage House Inn. Enjoyed central location and ability to walk in residential areas and get to all the great Newport and Middletown sites. Staff were all friendly, professional, and helpful in making my stay great. My room was clean and all amenities were available as advertised. I don’t eat breakfast but the fresh fruit and oatmeal bars offered a great snack midday. Coffee was hot and ready promptly at 7 am every day! Parking is secure, free and onsite. Great spot!"

"The views were phenomenal and it's location across from the beach and very close to Newport line was great. Our room was in the front so a bit noisy from street traffic but the view of the ocean made it worthwhile. Room was very clean and spacious and we had no problems with parking. There is an affiliated restaurant across the street but we did not use it. Plenty of other restauarants nearby and great location to explore all of coastal Rhode Island."
