"I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. "It was a refreshing experience to be able to stay at the Turtle Towers Apartments. Everything was made to be as attractive as possible in the apartment. The green environs are a treat as well as access to a beach. The views from the balcony of the hill sides are breathtaking especially in the morning. Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Staff members were very attentive. We were met with pleasant smiles, we had personal help walked us to our room. Dinner reservations are automatically made that can be cancelled by our choosing. The food was great and the selections were plentiful. The Alcohol selections were out of this world (they have every Alcoholic beverage that's imaginable to mankind). LOL!! A very special thanks to the Privilege Club. Also to the countless of workers that helped us like room service, bellhops, housekeeping, maintenance and security. If there is one improvement that can be made to this place it would be the parking for people with natives (especially if family members) who transport guests onto to the property. It's not right that the driver has to leave because there is nowhere for them to park until the quests are checked in. This happened twice while we were there. There were so much confusion. Our driver was told that he/she could not park and wait and would have to go outside of the gate. This property should have an area design as DROP-OFF zone with some type of timing meter that drivers can stay at least 30-45 minutes or so until guests are checked-in and if they want to go out to shop or whatever the case maybe. I really hope that is considered and eventually implemented. Overall, very good, clean, safe and friendly place to stay. Megan D."

"I was pleasantly surprised to see the newly renovated and upgraded property in my hometown! It’s a beautiful, clean space. The rooms boast modern contemporary amenities, I only wish that the mattress was a bit softer! Breakfast was great, staff were excellent, helpful and accommodating! The entrance and exit was an issue due to factors outside of the hotel’s control. However, the security staff was quite patient and assured us that this is temporary and that hotel mgmt. is working a new entrance/exit. We have recommended this hotel to family and friends and we will definitely be back!"

"It will be beneficial to specify that the property is not a beachfront property and that there is a shuttle service to take you down to the beach as the shuttle service is available only from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. "if you have kids ages babies to I would say 12 this would be the ideal place , quaint intimate and gives parents especially SINGLE MOTHERS A break .They have snorkeling that comes with your stay, scuba if you want I think .. access to an amazing beach off the side of the property.. The food is great and they will work with your children food needs . Both of my children are autistic and Ms.Trudy who was their nanny was the most amazing person ever, my children who are 4.5 and 7.5 adores her and their stay .This is perfect for autism families TBH , safe small resort easy layout and a steady routine . ALSO YOUR NANNY CAN GO ON THE EXCURSIONS WITH YOU IF YOU WANT . The staff hands down is the best .. From Ms chrissy, Sammy, shanquie, davian and I cant forget the kids favorite ALEX ... tip accordingly and generously, the staff deserves it and then some .. they have mango tree and coconut trees .. I mean there is soo much that I cant even remember. Oh and there and ATM and small market in walking distance.. Oh there's kayaking also ..."
