Love, love, love this charming cottage. It was a beautiful place to stay-charming and comfortable. The bottle of wine on arrival was a treat. There were relaxing spots to sit outside, too. Middleburg was 5 minutes away.
We had a wonderful stay at this Cottage. Beautiful property, grounds and a superb location. Highly recommend. Communications with Tim were quick, easy and friendly. Very responsive.
We had a great stay in the perfect location in Middleburg right off the highway but very quiet and private on large piece of land facing the mountains for gorgeous sunsets. It’s close to downtown with shops and restaurants, close to hiking trails in the State Parks and walking trails and close to a number of wineries, some are dog friendly which we love since we love to bring our pup along to every occasion and adventure.
The house was charming, clean and a great location! We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening observing the wildlife. We were very comfortable and slept well. Well recommended!
Stylish update of a historic stone "tiny house". Owners have thought of everything. It's an idyllic spot just 5 minutes from Middleburg Main Street, close to shops and wineries. We loved this getaway!
Perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Very close to the quaint shops and restaurants of Middleburg and so many great wineries. The cottage was Very clean and peaceful and had everything you need. Tim was a great host and was very quick to respond. Highly recommend this historic gem.
The cottage is perfect for a couple. Small, cozy, plenty of room. The heating system takes some learning, but the fireplace is easy. The grounds are beautiful and if the weather cooperates, take the time to walk around them.Proximity to Middleburg and Upperville makes it even better.I hope to return.
We had a nice stay in a lovely rural location with nice outdoor terrace and quiet street for a long walk.
Communication with the host was simple and straight forward.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this charming, well equipped house located in an ideal spot for local hiking and fine dining. The upstairs bedroom is spacious, but cozy, and has a nice area for reading and doing work. Downstairs is a small kitchen, comfy couch and large TV. We sat outside for our morning coffee overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountain-- and our host couldn't be more accommodating and friendly! Highly recommend.
Great property, with a beautiful cottage. Cottage was in perfect condition. The yard was plenty of room and more for the dogs to run around. Tim, you were very accommodating and a terrific host. You supplied us with everything for a very comfortable stay. I would recommend this place to anyone interested staying in the area. 11/10
