"The room was great. The staff was courteous and helpful if I had one note of consideration, and this is purely from a suggestion standpoint, the breakfast nook could be laid out better because it creates a bottleneck."

"Our cabin was very neat and tightly with nice front porch for an evening with a glass of wine. Shower was tiny but manageable. Included a new bbq grill which would be very nice if staying more than our two nights. Unfortunately the large shrubs blocked most of our view of the bay."

"I was very impressed with the accommodations that were designed into the cabin for accessibility. I'm not mobility challenged and can't represent those who are, but there are no wheelchair barriers into the unit or through any doorways, the bed is low, the bathroom is very large with grab bars by the toilet and shower, and the shower has a fold-down seat. The decor and setting felt very spa-like and relaxing."

"In a town as old as Lunenburg, I understood that this property would be historical, but it needs some care. The carpets are so old and are worn and smelly. Our bedroom sliding window was completely broken—we could pull off the lower half but couldn't open it up. The AC was nice to have but so loud and had only high and very high speeds and was right next to the bed, so we turned it on and off all night. With a little care and added theme-fitting decor, this place would be wonderful. Staff was friendly, parking was convenient, and location was great, as it was across the street from the harbour and near all the shops and restaurants."

"What an amazing host Margaret is. I checked in with my friend and we stayed in the gallery apartment which was super clean and tidy and had very comfortable bed in and also lovely living space and large flat screen tv. She also let us stay a bit past check out as my friend was unwell during the night. Super kind host. Definitely stay here!"
