"I recently stayed at the Sheraton Times Square. The room was clean and well maintained, but it felt smaller and more cramped than I expected.
My biggest disappointment was the customer service. I went to the concierge desk to ask for assistance, but was told the concierge was closed, even though staff members were standing behind the desk. When I asked other employees for help, the response was usually, “I don’t know,” without any effort to direct me to someone who could assist.
This seemed to reflect a broader experience I had in New York, where many people appeared rushed and less willing to help than I expected. While I understand the fast pace of the city, I would have appreciated a more welcoming and service-oriented attitude, especially from hotel staff.
The hotel’s location is excellent and convenient for exploring Times Square and nearby attractions. If customer service were more attentive, the overall experience would have been much better."
