"Room was clean and well kept, it smelled great. The valet service was terrible, and took over a hour , very unorganized. I was charged twice for my room, had to complain to get my refund, kiosk did not work for check in. Elevator wait was ridiculous had to wait 30 mins at a time to get on. Overall 5/10 experience. I will however give them another try, but not anytime soon."

"Binta was the best in accommodating me and my family. She was able to help me with an early check in Friday afternoon so we can rest before our dinner reservations and seeing a Broadway play for my wife’s birthday as well as extending my check out to help us walk around and shop in NYC Saturday morning. I called earlier in the week and she gave me her name and when I called back and asked for her she was always available and accessible. I would recommend everyone to visit and stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites just for the excellent customer experience and service. "

"The hotel is in a great location for anyone who is wanting to hit the main attractions of New York. Brilliant for first timers as you can access most things by foot or get the subway which is also close. I can confirm that the street is very quite despite it being so close to times square. You take a turn, walk for abit and you enter a very quite street. I am a very noise sensitive sleeper and had no issues with outside noise. However, the walls in between the rooms are very thin and are mainly a problem if someone decides to have a late shower then it sounds like a water fountain next to your head. With that all being said, i'd recommend anyone to stay here if its there first time in New York as overall I can't complain."
