"The room was very big with nothing in it but a bed and two night stands. We had to use the iron broad for counter space. It was supposed to be a Jacuzzi, but it didn't work. The tub was flity. I cleaned it out. But couldn't get all the dirt. We to wait till we get home to shower. It was the most disgusting room I've ever been in. I don't know how they can still rent rooms in those conditions. So what you see on the website is definitely not what you get. I called two times to the front desk to ask for help about the jacuzzi. She finally told me it was a regular tub. When I checked out the next morning the gentleman said oh no it should have worked she didn't know what she was doing. Someone had poured coffee into the sink and left it there. The sinks were filthy dirty. The counters the bathroom were filthy I had to clean those. The sheets and a pillowcases were hard. Let's just say we won't be back there ever."

The elevators were not working properly, which made getting around very inconvenient. The room definitely needs upgrades — the furniture was old and worn down, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The pool area was also disappointing. It was small, dirty, overcrowded with kids, and there seemed to be no staff monitoring or organizing the area, which made it feel chaotic and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made."
