"Room was great, Applebee's inside hotel was delicious and the staff was wonderful. 19th floor view was amazing... We could see both the water front and down town city. Only issue we had was shower had a drip that lasted about 30 minutes after showering, that was hitting the metal piece in the shower and we weren't able to turn our heat down, 76°. Ugh! "

"Staff was really helpful/nice. Holding bags before check in allowed me to explore the city. Room was clean but not the best at blocking noise. Doors generally slam shut and echo down the hallways. Windows don’t block out loud cars. Still a solid choice to stay in downtown and close to attractions."

"Very nice apartment style rooms. It has all the amenities of gone. Washer and dryer along with silverware plates drinking glasses shot glasses. Coffee maker, and a coffee grinder. Fantastic view. comfortable beds awesome bathroom with shower. Great security and valet parking on site. Restaurants and bars located within the hotel and directly attached next door. Complementary guest cards for two of the restaurants.. We were there for the Martin Lawrence concert at the Masonic Temple, and we were literally only eight minutes away from the venue. There are plenty of things to do in the general area of the building. It is totally walkable. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and bars within 10 minutes in every direction. We will definitely be staying here again, especially if we'll be here for more than a day or two."
