We stayed in Room 5, the master bedroom. The room was large with a very large and comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The room was largely original from when it was built and really took us back in time. An excellent brunch was included with many meal options.

I stayed in Room 7 and it was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was well appointed with classic features and a modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even when they weren't onsite. Breakfast at the Farm Bell restaurant was memorable, and I would be a regular if I lived in Charlottesville. Parking was a breeze next door at another hotel and was included in the total room charge. Proximity to the UVA grounds was a plus, and we walked to the stadium for the football game. I will definitely be back, and this will always be my first choice. Thank you!

We really enjoyed the Dinsmore Inn after touring Monticello. Our room was very nice and the manager Jake was extremely helpful with arrival information, checking in, and helpful tidbits on the hotel and town. The breakfast at Farm Bell Kitchen was also really good and a great way to start the day. We just wish we had more time to stay longer. Would definitely stay here again

This place was fantastic and I would gladly bool here again over any larger chain hotel. It was quaint, private, and very comfortable. Walking distance to UVA campus and many restaurants. Parking is included using a garage behind the building. Breakfast was included at the lovely Farmbell Kitchen below, making it a fabulous deal. The room was clean, spacious and beautiful and the staff were wonderful. I am so happy with our stay here!
