"There are no staff! You pretty much check yourself in. No one there to help you, pretty much a self serve hotel! Breakfast was good and that’s about it"

Mondrian Suites Berlin Checkpoint Charlie
"Rooms were warm(No A/C). Gym had most of equipment broken and the bar area was faulty so you could not get any beverages despite it being right beside the reception. There was no rush to fix it. Told to go to a shop if we needed anything. No power at the bar."
