This is a very clean and pleasant hotel. I greatly appreciated the fact that the room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. I also appreciated the laundry service. The staff are genuinely friendly, but the language barrier—particularly regarding English—makes communication difficult. The Wi-Fi connection, however, is very poor. As for breakfast, the establishment should offer more American-style dishes, as the hotel's clientele consists of more than just Chinese guests. Furthermore, it would be necessary to vary the offerings or show a bit more creativity; indeed, if you stay for more than a week, you will end up eating exactly the same thing every morning. Finally, the hotel is truly far from the airport: plan for a travel time of approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.

I liked the hotel. Staff was excellent especially Oc and xiaoling who both made sure that all our needs were satisfied. Excellent service

Very clean and nice place to stay , I was staying in 8th floor, everything looks perfect except at the midnights can really clearly to hear the machine noise, I am a very light sleeper, I don’t have a good sleep at that night . But I still love this hotel , King size bed with huge bath tub . Hope I can get more quiet room for my next trip .

Staff were very helpful and amazing. Room quite large and clean, bathroom likewise. The shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, body cream and hand wash all amazing and you don't need to bring from home. Breakfast was plentiful and many Asian dishes but we survived. Pool is indoor but didn't use it. Has 4x saunas also. The hotel itself is perfect but I bit far from shops, districts. On saying that it was anywhere between a 10-20 minute ride and the didi or taxi not that expensive.
