Unit 1 - Private Queen Suite with Workspace Near Miami Airport & Wynwood

Unit 1 is a cozy, fully private queen suite with its own entrance and bathroom in Miami's residential Allapattah neighborhood. A dedicated desk, Wi-Fi, private mini-split A/C and smart TV make it a convenient base near Miami International Airport, Wynwood, Little Havana and Downtown.

No parking is available at or near the property. This suite is best for guests using Uber/Lyft. Smoking is not allowed indoors or outdoors. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.

PRIVATE SUITE AND LAYOUT
This accommodation was adapted from part of the main house. Its private exterior entrance opens directly into the bathroom; from there you enter the bedroom. The entire bedroom and bathroom are exclusively yours, with no shared indoor living space. The main house is sealed off, although some household noise may be heard.

Inside you will find a queen memory foam mattress, dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Roku Guest Mode, microwave and mini-fridge. There is no stove or coffee maker. Sign into your own streaming accounts using Roku Guest Mode. Bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided; small washcloths are not provided. There is no guest washer or dryer.

ARRIVAL AND OUTDOOR SPACE
Self check-in is by keypad. Follow the left/west side of the pink main house toward the back and across the terrace to Unit 1. Detailed arrival instructions will be provided privately. Check-in is after 3 PM; checkout is by 11 AM. Luggage drop-off may be possible with advance notice. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee; please ask first.

You may use the seating directly in front of your unit and the shared outdoor seating under the sun sail near Unit 3. The outdoor kitchen, dining table and laundry are reserved for the homeowners. Other guests also stay on the property. Please wear a shirt in shared outdoor areas.

Our parents live in the main house and speak Spanish. They may greet you or cook outdoors, while your suite remains private. Your host is available through your booking messages for questions or assistance.

PETS AND HOUSE RULES
Small dogs weighing 15 lb or less are welcome for an additional nightly pet fee and must be included in the reservation. No cats or other pets. No smoking anywhere on the property. Please read all house rules before booking.

LOCATION AND NOISE
The property is on the airport flight path, so aircraft can be heard outdoors. Light sleepers should also consider possible sound from the main house. Typical drives are about 7 minutes to MIA, 10 minutes to Wynwood, 14 minutes to PortMiami, and 20 minutes to Miami Beach; travel times vary with traffic.
