TOTAL SCAM!!! Be aware!!!
The property does not match the pictures or the description in the advertisement, which labeled it as “Super Luxury”.The house has an unsanitary conditions, including bugs inside the sheets, filth, mold, and water damage, all of which pose serious health concerns.Would you personally feel comfortable sleeping in a bed infested with bugs? Would you prepare food on cutting boards or use appliances that are visibly dirty and contaminated? Additionally, the smell of water damage throughout the house indicates underlying moisture issues, which contribute to mold growth. Mold is visibly present on the walls, as shown in the pictures, and exposure to it can lead to respiratory problems, allergic reactions, and other health complications, particularly for those with asthma or weakened immune systems.The actual condition of the house is far from luxurious, it is filthy, worn down, and in no way justifies the high rental price!While management offered to clean the house next day, they did not provide any solution for where we were supposed to sleep that first night. Additionally, addressing mold is not something that can be properly treated in just one day. The presence of mold, filth, and overall disrepair makes the property uninhabitable and unsafe.
