I love the fact that it was 3 minutes away from one of my daughters and 7 minutes away from the other one. They lived in Miami for 13 years and didn't know that little place was there and it was really nice, quiet and cozy. Only problem I had was the parking I never had anywhere to park other then that I will recommendand use again.

the house was clean when we arrive, always some one parked ourspot, bed sheet pillows was just okey, if you are picky for that staff i deffinetly not reccomended, AC was working fine, I personally didnt like the area neigboorhood, The night time i didnt feel safe, The house was old fnish inside, We didnt use kitchen at all, its 20 min to beach which is great. There was a old loundry we didnt use, Overall it was just okey

The location is good but the apartment needs some cleaning and updates, bed sheets were dirty and pillows has stains the only furniture in the living room was a sofa bed and looks old and dirty. Sliding door to the balcony didn’t lock it will stay open really unsafe
