Internet high speed, private washer and dryer, and an outdoor patio with a garden will be also for you to use.
Beaches are close by! 8 minutes drive will take you to Key Biscayne, and 15 minutes to South Beach.
This stylish studio is a few minutes from Brickell, Little Havana, and Coconut Groove, and close to the Coral Gable area as well.
You will be living as a real local. Washer and Dryer are private and independent.
Deliciuos Portughese, Spanish and Cuban restaurant nearby
Self-check in through door pad.
Walk left from the main entrance toward the circle in the middle of the garden, then go towards the white patio. The door is inside it.
No smoking anywhere in the house.
Please do not enter other guests' units (3 units in the location) .
No smoking- $200 fee to sanitize the room
Street parking only!
Only use the LockPad and not the handle lock. We don’t provide keys for the latter and you will be locked out of the unit.
