Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
The room was alright, very small, they listed balcony but there was no balcony access for us as there was a piece of wood on the outside of the door, which also could be a fire hazard as there’s no windows, so that was really unfortunate. There was blue tape on the windows so we couldn’t even see the “canal view” mentioned. The floor boards were placed terribly too, there were missing pieces all by the bed. Also the pictures show a pool and it was empty and the staff mentioned it has been drained for 2 years. Communication from the host was terrible we never got any response till this day. The staff was friendly and nice though, they tried I guess. We ending up checking out and leaving early. Very disappointed. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Miami I recommend the gale downtown! Worth the price:)
