Overall this hotel provided a comfortable stay. I had a suite with full kitchen and the room was very accommodating. The staff left me with mixed feelings of customer service. Some were friendlier than others and this applied to front desk as well as the cielo bar. the food was a bit of a hit and miss however i did enjoy the majority of offerings especially a really well prepared steak on my last days stay there. I liked the aspect of parking my vehicle and being able to take an elevator directly to my floor from the garage. I didnt get an opportunity to try the roof top bar as that was only available on weekends as told by staff. Overall a good stay however i expect better more attentive staff at this resort

Negatives: Difficult to find as surrounding area has a lot of construction. Description was not clear - hotel is in the same building as offices, and shares an indoor parking lot. They charge $30/night for parking, and the surrounding area is not conducive to parking on the street. Additionally, one of the bedside lights did not work, and the shampoo and body wash containers in the shower were empty. Positives: Clean room, very comfortable bed. Compact room designed well, good amount of space. Unfortunately experience finding hotel and parking ruined stay from the beginning

Serena is a nice new hotel with quiet high-ceilinged guest rooms with the largest HDTV I've ever seen in a hotel. The beds w/4 pillows were very comfortable. A surprise attraction for me was a real 8' pool table on the pool deck area! Although missing the 6 ball it was quite playable. My two complaints about this facility are that the water in the shower is dangerously HOT if you're not careful, and the outdoor pool is NOT heated. Although being outdoors it does not get much direct sunshine to warm it, at least to my satisfaction.

I spent a night in Serena while visiting the area for a business. It was a convenient location for me and I felt safe. My concern is about the room. I had a compact room that was a corner and outside of the large window was a wrap around balcony and in front of the window was laying a gigantic piece of dirty, soggy artificial grass type of carpet in a messy pile. It looked like it was blown there by the wind. I couldn't sleep well all night, despite the note in a room saying it rated best sleep in town due to loud metal noise coming out of the ac, when i figure it out i had to turn it off and try to sleep in a warm room. Otherwise, it's a newish property, beautifully decorated with nice smelling bathroom products. Also towels are brand new and never washed and left massive amounts of lint on my body.

I wish the ramp of the parking lots was not that inclined and we have options to park in another area to avoid that ramp. Overall the hotel is beautiful in the eyes, smells wonderful, the room are comfortable, cozy, modern and the employees are professional, friendly and polite.

Nice place, Clean. There is a pool pretty nice big space. No hot tub. Close to restaurant ad mall. We didn’t interact with the staff to much we were only there a couple days. You do pay 30,00 a day extra for parking in the structure.

Such potential, but sorely a disapointment.
$200 a night for a tiny room, windows that don't open, no glasses in the room, $6 for a bottle of Fiji water, no comfy chair to sit in; only one light in the entire bedroom area, next to the bed; black out shade that was stuck in the track; no soap dish on the sink in the bathroom. Bed was too hard. Now for the plusses: Lavaza coffee in the room - delish. Breakfast included with my room was excellent. oh, sorry, $30 for parking too!

The room didn’t have a desk (I should have looked at the room photos) and there was not enough light in the room. The lights on each side of the king sized bed were controlled by a single switch, so it wasn’t possible to have one light on and one light off.

There was a band playing loud music on the hotel roof until 12:30am. The music was so loud it kept myself and others awake. I called the front desk and he said others also complained but the band was not going to stop until 12:30. Also, I the blinds in the room wouldn’t work which allowed light in the room at night, and the faucet ran constantly wasting a ton of water.

The hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff were very helpful. The location of the hotel is not great, it's around big boulevards and highways where there aren't many shops or restaurants. Nothing was exactly walking distance. Otherwise, the bar and outdoor lounge/pool area was really a great place to go relax.
