We had a pleasant stay during a stressful time. My husband was receiving medical treatment at the Miami VA. We chose to stay out of the city due to the many issues we had at the previous hotel the VA put us up in. This area was quiet, clean and the staff at the hotel were so kind and accommodating. We have a terminally ill cat and needed to bring him so we could properly administer his medicine. Even he enjoyed his stay and was not stressed. Thank you so much for a wonderful time away from home.

We stayed here overnight before a morning flight. Great place, clean, quiet, comfortable beds, breakfast. Reasonably priced. We had wonderful experience

We’ve stayed here in the past several times. We do this to visit family and always bring our small dog. I’ve never had to pay a NON refundable pet fee until this weekend. The evening/night desk person was less than friendly and showed me the small print where it clearly states the fee. Well we stayed and she did all her business outside I’m not sure what the fee will go to … not sure I’ll be returning 1 bc of the fee 2) bc of the less than friendly persons at the front. It’s an average hotel, nothing over the top for the price, for us convenience only. Just remember to read the small print!!!😡

The hotel was good value for the money. It has a full kitchen that was great for our stay of a week in Miami area. It has fast access to principal roads. A car is a must in Miami, and this place has free parking. Plenty of spaces.

Had a pleasant stay, nice and quiet and friendly staff. Breakfast was great! The only thing I would suggest is daily room keeping, I stayed for 3days and only received room keeping once. Overall a really good hotel, it also smelled amazing inside.

Hotel was amazing and beautiful! It smelled so nice throughout the property!! The room was as pictured and very cozy! Breakfast was good as well. Only 1 elevator was operating. It was not horrible to deal with but would have been better to have two. Overall beautiful location with nice staff! I would definitely book again!! ❤️❤️

We loved our stay , it’s a little far off from south Miami but it’s still almost half of what we would pay to stay in South Miami plus the drive was only 25 mins which is not bad.

Excellent three days. We were visiting family for a Baby Shower and wanted it a quiet place and this is it! Extremely clean and staff are very nice. The only complaint I have and it does not affect the stars review, is that, people smoke in the entrance. Nasty to walk by these smokers but, people are people.
Overall, will stay again.

Comfortable, clean and convenient location for my trip
Very clean and was perfect size for a short stay for a family of four. Breakfast very good as well. My teenage kids said this was their favorite hotel lol.
A bit disappointed that they didn't have gluten free bread as an option that we have sort of gotten used at other Residence inn properties...Otherwise, happy with the stay
The experience was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and pleasant! The breakfast was great! Love the waffles! Thank you so much for the great stay at your hotel!
The hotel is new and rooms are comfortable, however front desk staff is kinda rude and parking is very hard to find. Thankfully we just stay for one night. Breakfast was good but aren’t flexible at all with the times. It is crowded and they close it on the hour

The carpet in our room was so dirty, that our feet and socks were black after walking on it for a few minutes. The pool was also dirty: many insects were floating in the pool. After a couple of days the pool did get cleaned. We have never experienced this in any of the Marriott hotels we stayed at and we mostly stay at Marriotts during our vacations because my kids love them. But this time even my kids complained that they have never seen such a dirty carpet and pool.
Also, we had only 3 towels, 3 spoons/cutlery etc. And no pots and pans. We had to request more towels and pots and pans.
