Spacious Studio that accommodates 4 people. One block west of the trendy Mimo District, the location is central to ALL things Miami.
It features a large new bathroom, kitchen and spacious closet, a queen bed and a sofa bed.
The space
This Space is clean and bright, and also spacious and has everything to make a stay comfortable and enjoyable. It will accommodate 4 people. This Apartment has a private entrance and a private patio for your enjoyment.

Guests will have access to the Studio and its private patio that is decorated resembling the famous Marjorelle Jardin in Marrakesh owned by Yves Saint Laurent. There is also parking on site (first come, first served)

There are two parking spaces in the property and 3 spots of side street parking, however, the parking is frost come, first served, so if there are other people that parked before you, then you might have to look for parking in the next block which is hardly the case.

    Very Private with everything you need

    This place was perfect. I came into town for surgery and it had the privacy and the amenities that were necessary for us including washer and dryer in the unit.. For people coming on vacation they had beach chairs and umbrellas so you can enjoy a day at the beach which we thought was really cool and thoughtful touch. This was our first time using VRBO and we were extremely pleased with our stay. I definitely would stay here again.

    Ok place

    The location is great, close to I-95 and popular neighborhoods in Miami. Check-in process wasn't good and it felt like the host forgot we were arriving, but he communicated with me after I reached out a couple times. We couldn't use the sofa bed during our stay and some of the towels had holes in them. We decided to leave early even though the host offered to have someone come by to fix the sofa bed. I think this spot has great promise though.
