House Rules:

1. Smoking Only Outside: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests are welcome to smoke in designated outdoor areas, ensuring a clean and healthy indoor environment.

2. Respectful Noise Levels: Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours. No loud parties or disruptive behavior.

3. Clean up after your pets: We love animals, but to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests, please make sure you clean up after your pets.

4. Shoe-Free Zone: Help us maintain a pristine living space by removing shoes upon entering. Complimentary slippers are provided for your comfort.

5. Childproof Safety Measures: Families with children are welcome! Ensure that childproof features are used and respected. Please supervise children at all times, especially around the playground area.

6. Proper Waste Disposal: Dispose of all trash in provided bins and follow recycling guidelines. Trash collection days are Mondays and Thursdays between 07:00 and 09:00. Please take the bins out on Sunday and Wednesday evenings.

7. Energy Conservation: Be mindful of energy consumption. Turn off lights, fans, and electronics when not in use to help conserve energy and reduce environmental impact.

8. Accurate Guest Count: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please inform us of any additional visitors, and ensure they comply with house rules.
