The room was quite disappointing considering the high price. The furniture was old and worn, and the pillows were in poor condition—not what I would expect for the cost. The fire alarm went off repeatedly all night, making it impossible to sleep. Additionally, there was a lot of dust around the apartment, which made the stay feel unclean. On a positive note, communication with the responsible person was good—they were responsive and polite. However, the overall experience did not meet expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it for the price.

The property itself is pretty great, with amazing views and plenty of space, although there are a few things worth mentioning. The apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 people (though two people would need to sleep on a sofa bed). It’s well-equipped for cooking, though nothing was properly cleaned. There are plenty of pans, but they’re in poor condition. The rooms are spacious and smelled fresh, and the beds were comfortable. However, the bed linens and pillows seemed a bit worn, though they appeared clean. The bathroom is spacious, but the bathtub and shower were in poor condition with chips and stains. Additionally, it seemed like the cleaning was superficial, as we found hair in the bathtub and on the floor. We also found two towels that were dirty, and one had holes in it. That being said, if you can overlook these issues, the apartment is in a fantastic location with stunning views and a top-notch balcony. A major plus is the available parking spot. The lady who provided us with the instructions was incredibly kind and responsive, answering our questions at any time of day. The reception staff were also great and helpful. However, the building is very busy. Although there are six elevators, only two were working, which resulted in long waits to get to the apartment. In conclusion, we enjoyed the place, but some things really need improvement.

Very dirty unit and terrible management property!!

The apartment was clearly not clean and very dirty. The bathroom was just disgusting with pee drops and hair from previous guests even on the toilet!!!! I have contacted the property and nobody even reply as they didn’t care at all about the awful conditions left the apartment before guest enter! I did also foto and sent to them and no reply at all!! This place should get controlled cause there is no way to pay for that service!!

The unit itself was beautifully appointed, featuring a spacious balcony that offered stunning views of the city. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The amenities were outstanding, with two outdoor pools that provided a refreshing escape from the Miami heat. Additionally, the 24-hour gym was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine during my visit. One of the highlights of my stay was the convenience of free parking, which is a rare find in such a bustling area. This made it easy to explore the neighborhood without worrying about parking fees. The location is fantastic, situated near Komodo restaurant and other trendy dining options, making it easy to indulge in Miami's vibrant culinary scene. The overall ambiance of the Brickell area is lively and energetic, with plenty of shops, bars, and attractions within walking distance. Whether I was lounging by the pool or enjoying a meal at a nearby restaurant, I felt immersed in the local culture. In summary, my experience at the Miami Brickell unit was nothing short of excellent. The combination of a fantastic host, amazing amenities, and a prime location.
