* No smoking or drug use of any kind
* Pets welcome by prior approval & payment of fee only (1 large dog or 2 small dogs)
* No unauthorized or unapproved guests

Replacement, Loss, & Damage Fees
To protect the home and its amenities, the following apply:
* Replacement & loss: Lost key fob — $300; Lost pool towel — $25 per towel
* Violations & damage: Smoking/drug violation — $300; Apartment damage or excessive mess — $300; Unauthorized guest — $150 per unapproved guest

Enjoy full, private access to the residence and all building amenities, with seamless self check-in at any hour.
For enhanced security, guests only have access to Floor 1, 7–12, P (Amenity Floor), and 32.
