Great location, across the Bayside and Kaseya Centre. Lots of shopping and eateries, and very nice scenery:) Love the hotel, as very new and clean. The gym equipment is state of the art…definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at.

I booked this apartment for my anniversary, wanted a nice view and he did not disappoint!! Best view in Miami! I will definitely book it again. The host was very communicative and helpful!

The hotel is very conveniently located across from the Kaseya Center. Hotel staff are very nice, and communication via text for assistance is very convenient. Elevators are only accessible with key card and they only provide access to one’s floor and amenities which is an excellent safety measure. Overall very positive stay, and will book again. Thank you.

Be aware and read the hidden fine print about the Hotel Guest Amenity fee for “semi-private” beach access, 2 loungers, umbrella, & towels to Miami/South Beach behind Hilton-Stanton. As a result of being charged this fee, we took advantage of it spent a day on the beach.

Fantastic hotel in a great location!

The Elser was fantastic! I’d definitely recommend staying here when in downtown Miami. Pro tip to anyone staying here is to avoid the valet 70 a day. You can self park one street away for 15 a day.

One of the best trips ever!

We came into Miami for UFC 314, the Elser was very nice the valet parking is expensive but there are public lots near by we decided to just pay the 90 a day. Our room over looked the Kaseya Center and the bay. Walking distance to Kaseya and Bayside Market which was also a blast. We got some beautiful pictures from the sky wheel thing good and drinks were great at all the places we stopped. We didn’t go into the pool but checked it out too, it’s a really nice area. Only suggestion would be to bring a lanyard for your room key like most people do for cruise ships you need your room key ALOT. We will be back to Elser!!!
