Property was clean and the staff was friendly and nice. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus however I just wish they didn’t shut everything off and clean and put all food away right away at 9 am as the lobby/dining area was full of guests coming to eat. There were long lines just to get food so we wish staff was more accommodating on that end to extend breakfast even by 5-10 minutes as guests were getting their turn to have breakfast.

Great budget hotel. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to budget travellers. The staff were very pleasant, the breakfast options were good, the beds were comfy and the room clean. We had no issues with anything our room. TV, AC, lights worked as expected. There are quite a few restaurants within 5 minute walking distance, which is convenient. The only con is the wait time for the shuttle, be prepared to wait half hour for the airport pickup. Also, there's a $50 security deposit that isn't listed on Expedia, it's refunded upon checkout.

THE STAFF WAS VERY UNCOOPERATIVE. They even refuse to provide an additional blanket, where as my wife who is almost wheel chair bound was feeling cold at night. the air conditioner will stop working at night.

Once we got settled in, I got on the bed and went to pull the blanket over me there was a brown stain on the blanket. I immediately went to the room phone to call the front desk but the phone wasn’t working 😫 so, I use my cell phone and got someone at the front desk to tell me they were bringing me another blanket and not changing the entire bed. Afterwards, we decided to go to the swimming pool, to find it locked up and when I asked the front desk about it , I was told it was under maintenance. The hotel is good for people passing through that’s not interested in any amenities or activities.

The hotel is old. The AC was loud. We had a hard time turning the shower. You have to make several turns until you’re able to adjust the hot water and we called the front desk. The guy told us they’re very busy, but he will try to send somebody. The only nice thing was the bed. If you can’t find anything else in the area, this should be your last resort!!

Staff was friendly and location was good for a 2 night stay for a baseball game and flight home. Disappponted the pool was closed. No fridge or microwave, but lots of options nearby. Did not try breakfast.

The pictures of the hotel on the website are a bit misleading, the room that we occupied was of a lower quality than expected, the staff was opposite - very friendly and accommodating given what they had to work with. Fortunately we were only there for one night, but would not book again.

I paid on Expedia app got a discount which was great . I get there sunday 3pm ( my stay was Sunday-tuesday ) . I had to wait a bit because some people were in front of me and no rooms were clean .. which took about 10/15 minutes not bad . I was told I needed to give a 50$ deposit which was not mentioned on the app but would be refunded once I check out 1-2 business days . Also , I had 2 dogs which they said it will be 40$ which was 20$ each night basically ( btw / it didn’t matter the amount of dogs I had ) . It said pet friendly but you still have to pay apparently. Which on the app it doesn’t tell you that as well . they did have a grass area to walk the dogs . The pool was not in service which it’s Miami … it’s hot .. doesn’t make sense for it to not be available … Also the weekend of Mother’s Day .. Which on the app it said it was an included but iguess not . Also no microwave , no fridge . Only had a small coffee maker with only 2 coffee pods .. The ac did not make the room cold it would get hot in between the night and the day ? It just wasn’t it .. the sheets were decent . Free parking was convenient. Everything was ok.. THEN … at night on the 2nd night I notice a 301.18$ charge on my card 🙄 which I was highly upset about I called the front desk ( night time ) I’m told they don’t see any charge that they only can see the 50$ deposit and the 40$ charge for the pet fee . It’s late so I call it a night . I call my bank it’s processing so they can’t do nothing.

Airport shuttle available to and from the airport Rooms vert clean and comfortable , very helpful and nice staff. Great location many food places near by Good area for shopping 10 mins from dolphin mall and 30 more sawgrass. Uber is very easy to get around Only bad thing there is no safe in rooms to store passport and valuables . Overall 10/10 will recommend and will stay again
