"I loved this newly built hotel—it was beautiful, modern, and very welcoming. Overall, I had a great stay and enjoyed the property.
There were a few issues, however. We found hair on what appeared to be clean bathroom towels, which was disappointing. Additionally, housekeeping did not service our room during our stay. The trash was not removed, the beds were not made, and towels and toilet paper were not replenished as expected.
Despite these concerns, the hotel itself is very nice, and with a few improvements to housekeeping and cleanliness, it would provide an even better guest experience."
