"We were given a fifth floor room, but the elevator was out of service for all three days of our stay. No housekeeping in 3 days, called the front desk requesting towels replacement and toilet paper, but not given. Called again at night, was asked to come down to the office to get them! Horrible experience, not recommended."

"The hotel is nice but still trying to open up. Restaurant (off property on the pier) staff are slow or ignore you. Cleaning staff scowl and are slow (asked for room to be ready for 1pm and they hadn't touched it) but do a good job. Front desk is good to deal with and valet is excellent. Overall was nice and will be great when fully open and no construction on going."

"Me gustó mucho que estuvimos una semana de viaje y pudimos dejar el carro en el hotel, por un precio bien económico, el personal bien agradable, de las habitaciones en que estuvimos no nos pudimos quejar ni por la limpieza ni por la comodidad de las camas. La única queja es que el desayuno no está incluido en el precio de la reserva. Es por la única razón que doy una calificación de cuatro estrellas."
