The carpet in the room was filthy, there was no housekeeping to refresh the rooms during the days and the some of the amenities in the room needed to be changed. For example, our shower caddy in the shower was rusty.

Disappointed with the facility and the service. The building security locks were broken you could enter without the use of the card key from the outside. The room did not have adequate towles or soap. WHen requesting from the front desk and after a wait went down directly and the staff was rude about stating it was on its way. The Keurig coffee machine was full of mold on the water chamber. The shower head was dirty and clogged spraying water everywhere but where it was supposed to. Will never stay at this facility again.

The property smells like mildew and there was a water stain above the bed as if the ceiling was leaking. The key to the room deactivated every time I left the room. I stayed 3 days and every single day I had to go back down to the lobby to request a new key. The pictures advertised are not the same as the room I stayed in. The staff did agree to let me change rooms but the smell still persisted. The day wasn’t goodsl. I would not recommend!!

It's a decent place to stay, but the property does seem like it needs some upgrades. The room furniture and doors were squeaky and not in the best shape, but the rooms were clean and good otherwise. A complementary breakfast would be a better deal than the paid restaurant, as I didn't think the food quality was worth the prices there. Overall, decent value if you just need a place to sleep.

The room is very nice. The check in staff insisted I pay a $50 refundable deposit for something. And that I’d be charged $12 for fees, which I paid through Expedia. Have to monitor my CC bill now.

Literally everyone I was checking in with were waiting for hours. My 80 year old dad had to wait 1 hour 20 minutes beyond check in time. And they were rude to everyone else.

The doors move on their own and make a lot of noise. The property is right by a busy street which is very loud and the balcony doors have openings which make the noise worse. The carpets were stained and in a sketchy area.

The air system in the room was horrible. It was hot and we had the air in 60 degrees. The gift shop was hardly open. Also our room came with breakfast included and we still had to pay for breakfast.

The room was clean. The mattress was very good. Paying the extra $15 for breakfast was not worth it. The food was fair but I have had much better breakfasts for free from other many hotel chains. The tables were not cleaned between uses. The air conditioner was not working well. I took off the cover and the filter was FILTHY! It was gross. They did have a microwave available to guests, which was nice.

Property was clean and the front desk attendants were very nice. It was a little tricky getting in and out of the property. It is right off of a very busy interstate so all night you hear sirens, cars honking and cars speeding by. It is not situated in the nicest area but I felt very safe at this property. I would stay again if I ever traveled to this area again.
