I liked everything about the hotel except transportation to the port was supposed to be free, however it cost $48. I was very disappointed that it stated transportation was free to the port and then it was not

My experience here was unbelievably . The hote not only looked clean. It smelled great. Never have ever went into a hotel. Room and it smelled this good. 5tars or more. And the staff was spectacular everyone was so nice from the driver to the front desk.To Bar tender and the food was delicious. Thank you so much for the great experience.

The vending machines were broken/out of order on all the floors, most likely on purpose so you have to go downstairs and buy food and drinks with a high markup since there’s no where to go eat or a store close to the property. The hotel nickels and dimes you for EVERYTHING.
