The property was fine, what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. We were there for 4 nights and one complaint I have is that they never came in the room to clean or replenish towels - they didn’t even empty the trash

The housekeeping is very bad. No soap or shampoo in the dispensers even though they cleaned my room for 3 days. No towels when asked at the front desk as we did not get housekeeping on the 1st day. Told to come back at midnight as they do not have any towels. Location is good. Housekeep is a disaster.

I liked that no one bothered us. Only issue was that some large families seemed to gather in the corridor late at night to converse, which kept us awake.

The hot water was completely out one day and I had to take a cold shower the next day i had to turn the hot all the way on and the temperature got just above cold but nowhere near hot. Every hotel brags about there deep cleaning since covid but there was dust bunnies around the toilet a really long hair in the yup 1 stuck to the wall and 1 on the ceiling. The hotel staff was very friendly the breakfast was adequate there was restaurants nearby and easy access to the highway.

The bathrooms were not clean. There was mold all over the shower curtain and the floor was really dirty. The bed sheets also looked as if they had not been washed as there was dark granules all over the beds. The staff was nice from what little we interacted in our one night stay.
