Everything was great, except the window blinds were broken, no way to pull them down, got to deal with street lights and light post right outside my window making it difficult to sleep.

The staff are really nice and the property is perfect for overnight stay because of proximity to the airport for early flights the next day. However, there is nothing around so you’ll need to get a taxi to everywhere. Don’t assume housekeeping will clean your room everyday either. Ensure you call front desk or let them know if you see them on the floor in the mornings. Breakfast is good for what it’s worth. I will recommend this hotel for short stays. The shuttle is reliable to leave but not reliable when you’re now coming in.

Overall it was good but the elevator got stuck the phone system didn’t work and the heater didn’t work. Staff was very nice. Food was good. As precaution we changed room from the fourth floor to the main floor so we didn’t have to worry about being late for our cruise.

Very convenient to the airport. They have shuttle transportation. However, my room door was broken and maintenance said it was due to the door not being for that room. Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty. Toilet did not flush had to fill a garbage can to pour water in the back in order to flush the toilet. Overall this property is poorly maintained.

Front stafff was very professional, helpful and welcoming. place was clean and we always saw security which was great. from morning to overnight i never had a unpleasant experience from staff. the only thing that made my stay bad was departure the shuttle service. he was polite i was ready to give him a tip but he had me & other passenger dropped off somewhere else instead of drop offs bc he saw americans in pick up waving for him so he dropped us off and had us walk a distance. i didnt tip him he only cared about the other passengers he was about to pick up.

I liked being able to do my laundry and only had to pay for soap. That's excellent. The hotel smells very clean. I was very impressed. The staff was friendly and professional and helpful. I didn't like that it doesn't have places to eat nearby other than the food trucks. I gave it a 4 star because of that. Others i would have given it 5 stars all the way.

The hotel was nice. The rooms were clean, but the tv remote didn’t work. Shuttle from the airport was good. They also provided a shuttle to the cruise port for fee. The food truck outside the property was really good.

Front desk has no clue about customer service and communication skills. Found eyelashes on my bed . Very convenient jus 8 minutes away from the airport

I couldn't operate the elevator using the key card to go to the 5th floor. Had to get help. Another said it took her a half to get to the room because of the elevator. It's also in a food desert. Only have food trucks for meals instead of nearby restaurants. But all good. Not the hotels fault. Otherwise a very nice hotel.
