Beautiful private home near Aventura Mall …very modern remodeled home with a private pool, barbecue, pergola with smart TV and seating for 8. Outside or inside dinning. Clean and renovated bathrooms …you and your family will definitely love to stay here! Very family oriented!!! Can’t wait to host your family!!! House suitable for up to 8 guests at any time. Additional guests have to be pre approved by host. No parties/events allowed. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am

Communication thru VRBO takes time and could be a big problem. Luckily after about 3-4 tries we were able to get door open but with Shabbos, electric coded door is a problem. All the rest is gr8. Really enjoyed!

8 nights for a family gathering during 2025 Christmas.Pro: 1) Inside were clean as expected.2) Bed and pillow were comfortable.Con:1) Host not responsive most of the time.2) 2 guest room ceiling lights were dim. Host didn't respond after texting him. I found out that for both guest rooms only 1 of the 2 bulbs were working. I accidentally found 2 extra bulbs so I installed it myself. (Didn't expect to do maintenance for a rental during my vacation.)3) A guest room's closet door had a hole and a hinge was detached from the wall.4) A guest room's door couldn't close properly because hinges were loosen.5) Guest shower handle is so hard to turn, I had to set it for my wife before her shower.6) Refrigerator filter warning light is on, and ice maker is not working. After host refuses to respond after texting him, I kind of give up hope that anything would be addressed.7) Dining room ceiling lights were first blinking then a few just give up working.8) The pool was so murky, no one wanted to use the backyard. After notifying the host, he keep saying that he would send over his pool guy which I never saw. For the grill, the host says I need to buy my own fuel but who needs a full tank of propane for a 1 day BBQ?9) Both toilet seats are loosen. I had to tighten it myself.10) Body soap not provided. Short of toilet paper.In short, this is a poorly maintained rental, not traveler friendly, and managed by an unresponsive host. You check in and you are on your own!
